We want you to love your new steps, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with the sustainable packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
